Kinetic Parking

As you follow our directions to Morris Avenue and pull on to the cobblestone street, you have parking options:

• Street parking: all along Morris Avenue and nearby streets. Feed meter with coins or use ParkMobile app/link (free on weekends and nightly after 6 pm).
• Lot parking: small lot beside Cayo Coco and Le Fete restaurants or larger lot just past the robot mural wall. All say “Park Here” (pay with ParkMobile app 24/7).
• Additional lot parking: turn right at 23rd street and enter through gate to the BPA A-2 lot (pull parking ticket). Drive through lot toward Kinetic, parking closer to the overhead pedestrian bridge. Walk under bridge to red caboose entrance. To leave, exit at 23rd gate using parking ticket and pay with credit card ($1 per hour or $4 per day). Kinetic can validate for office visits.
