Southern Research

Since 1941, Southern Research has built a diversified network of collaborative centers for scientific discovery and technology development. We’ve always considered our work here at Kinetic to be important, but the folks at Southern Research really are curing cancer.

Kinetic has assisted Southern Research with multiple internal and external web development projects, helping improve the daily efficiency of their operations. Although no longer live, the “Client Lab” application we built for Southern Research even met ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) security requirements.

Most recently, we completely rebuilt their website to address some constraints in their previous site that didn’t allow them to fully reflect the growth they’ve seen since it was originally built. Specifically, we created and integrated a design system that makes it easier for them to maintain layout consistency when creating new pages, so that content generated across the many different parts of their organization is cohesive and consistent.
